2019 CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
The American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) is the premier professional organization in healthcare administrative management. AAHAM’s mission is to provide education, certification, networking, and advocacy for healthcare revenue cycle professionals.
The AAHAM Western Regional Chapter is inviting current Corporate Partners to resubmit applications for sponsorship and excited to welcome new companies for the 2019-2020 year.
This year the AAHAM Western Regional Chapter is reaching out to companies to expand our partnerships, as we have expanded our chapter from California, Nevada, and Arizona. By becoming a Western Regional AAHAM sponsor, geographically you will have increased visibility and recognition, tied to our chapter and member success. Educational sessions are vital to stay informed on the ever changing healthcare industry. In this regard, we are seeking sponsorship support to maintain a successful and dynamic slate of programs to and promote AAHAM’s mission.
As a sponsor of the AAHAM Western Regional Chapter you gain exposure to a select audience by demonstrating your support of quality programs and professional education. With a region covering Arizona and California you will reach a wide spread membership that consists of Revenue Cycle leadership as well decision makers in healthcare finance and administration management.
As a sponsor, a wealth of recognition and networking opportunities awaits. You will see your organization’s name and logo on pertinent marketing materials and gain on-site acknowledgment and signage at educational conferences. Additional promotional opportunities are available, depending on the category of sponsorship you select.

II. CORPORATE SPONSOR INFORMATION SHEET
A. FISCAL YEAR START DATE:
This Corporate Sponsorship Program begins on June 1, 2019 and runs through May 31, 2020.
B. PAYMENTS: Payments are due with the application/agreement and can be submitted at any time during chapter year. Quoted rates assume a full year’s sponsorship at the various levels. Payments Received between June and August will pay 100% of stated donation, Payments received between September and November will pay 75% of stated donation, and those paying between December and February will pay 50% of stated donation.
A confirmation letter will be mailed after the potential sponsor commits to the agreement. The sponsor will be sent a “Thank You” note once the payment is received. The website will be updated to reflect sponsorship agreement within two weeks of receiving payment.
